Our educational electives provide a wealth of culturally rich knowledge designed to prepare pupils for the wider world. From earning a Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award to exploring space in Astrophysics and programming Lego Mindstorms in Robotics, pupils can pursue their academic passions and even represent the academy at national competitions.

"Joining the educational electives has given me culturally rich knowledge that I know will prepare me for the wider world. I’ve been working towards my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award, learning to build and program Lego Mindstorms in Robotics, and even learning Japanese. It's also great that we get to represent the academy at national competitions for things like Chess and Mathletes!"

Offerings include as an example: Amnesty International, Anime, Astrophysics, Chess, Duke of Edinburgh (Bronze award), Languages (French, Italian, Japanese, Latin), Mathletes, Politics, Robotics, and STEM.
